What We Faced
Titan Supply Chain operated with a patchwork of systems that didn't communicate. Their 12 warehouses each used different inventory management software. Three regional ERPs tracked financials separately. Suppliers required manual order placement across 47 different portals. E-commerce sales deducted inventory from one system while warehouse stock sat elsewhere. The result was catastrophic: 14% of online orders failed because inventory showed available but was actually sold weeks ago. Warehouse staff spent 22 hours weekly manually updating spreadsheets. How We Solved It
We deployed N8N as a central automation hub, creating 47 distinct workflows that connect every system in real-time. Workflow Architecture Design
