PureFlow is a premium mobile IV therapy brand delivering medical-grade wellness treatments to homes and hotels. We partnered with them to create a digital experience that builds trust and converts visitors into bookings — a marketing site that showcases their 10+ IV drips alongside a streamlined booking flow. The result is a conversion-optimized platform that drives on-demand wellness bookings with a 43% conversion rate from site visit to completed booking.
What We Faced
PureFlow, a startup in the competitive mobile IV therapy market, needed to establish trust and drive bookings in a category where credibility is everything. Their target audience — busy professionals, travelers, and wellness-conscious consumers — needed to feel confident about in-home medical treatments. The challenge was building a site that communicates premium quality and medical legitimacy while making the booking process effortless. They needed to showcase their extensive treatment catalog (10+ IV drips), explain membership options, and convert visitors across 9+ cities — all while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
How We Solved It
We built a dual-purpose React 18 application combining a marketing homepage with a separate booking flow. The homepage uses Framer Motion scroll animations to create an engaging brand narrative, featuring a scroll-driven hero sequence with 81 frame images that plays like micro-film. The product catalog is presented through an interactive slider and carousel, making 10+ IV treatments easy to browse. The booking wizard implements a 3-step flow (Treatment → Date/Time → Details) with URL parameter support for direct deep-linking to specific treatments or membership plans. We integrated trust signals throughout — HIPAA compliance badges, licensed nurse verification, and same-day availability indicators — to overcome the trust barrier inherent in mobile medical services.
What We Delivered
React single-page application with multi-step booking wizard, scroll animation engine, and responsive marketing site.
How We Got There
Discovery & Market Research
Deep-dive into the mobile IV therapy market, analyzing competitor sites and identifying trust barriers. Conducted user interviews with frequent travelers and wellness consumers to understand booking hesitation points. Mapped out the complete user journey from discovery to treatment completion.
Brand & Visual Direction
Developed a premium medical aesthetic balancing clinical trust with wellness appeal. Created a brand guide with indigo/purple palette (departing from initial teal direction for stronger conversion psychology). Designed component library in Figma with focus on trust signals and clear information hierarchy.
Animation Architecture
Designed Framer Motion scroll animations for the hero sequence, creating a cinematic 81-frame reveal that communicates speed and medical precision. Built smooth transitions between marketing sections and the booking flow for seamless user experience.
Booking Flow Development
Implemented React Router with separate /book route and multi-step BookingWizard. Built URL parameter support for treatment/plan preselection, enabling marketing campaigns to link directly to pre-filled booking forms. Created responsive design that maintains usability across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Optimization & Handoff
Performance optimization ensured fast loading across all devices. Delivered comprehensive documentation for future backend integration (payments, scheduling, authentication as noted in roadmap). Prepared component library for easy content updates to treatment catalog and location list.
