Summit Dental Group operates 12 dental offices across Colorado, competing in one of the most saturated local service markets. Despite excellent patient care, they were invisible online — buried on page 3 for "dentist near me" searches. We implemented a comprehensive multi-location local SEO strategy including location-specific content hubs, automated review generation, Google Business Profile optimization, and local citation building. What We Faced

Summit Dental was losing millions to competitors who dominated local search. A typical patient searches "dentist near me" — Summit appeared on page 3, while corporate chains with thin content but aggressive local SEO took all the traffic. Each of their 12 offices had separate Google Business Profiles but they were incomplete, inconsistent, and unoptimized. Reviews were rare — patients only received email requests when staff remembered. Their website had one generic "locations" page with identical content for all 12 offices, cannibalizing their own rankings. Google estimated they were losing 1,400+ potential new patients monthly to competitors. The marketing director had tried three SEO agencies previously, all delivering templated reports with no actual ranking improvements. How We Solved It

We built a multi-location local SEO machine designed for scale and consistency. First, location hub architecture: created 12 distinct, unique location pages with original content for each office — neighborhood descriptions, local landmarks, staff profiles, and community involvement stories.
